An OC that was created to be in the same universe as Syrup and other characters from her game. Her magic is uncontrollable which leads to horrible or amazing things happening to her. No in between.

Orginally, A roblox avatar I created when I started transitioning as my dream look. Overtime as I established myself, I established my own appearance different from her. Despite this, I loved her design so much that I decided to make her an OC of mine to give her another life.

personality

Under the careless exterior, she is highly stressed. She always try's to be the best despite her shop always on the brink of bankruptcy. When the stress gets to her she is prone to emotional lash outs against people, including customers. After calmed down, she tries her best to get them to like her again by doing anything, only for her to repeat and do the same lash out in the future. This gives her a reputation of being desperate.

Jujube (Deceased Father)

Died before Fig was born, He was a experienced and very lucky potion maker. Fig's mother compares her to him as what fig should've been instead of a candy maker. Due to this fig has had a negative opinion of her father even though she never met him. Fig's "luck" was inherited from him.

Aronia (Mother)

Her only parent since she was born, She has a very tense relationship with her mother, as she has only been hateful and negative about fig and her decisions, especially her transition. Despite this, fig cant get herself to cut her out her life.

FRIENDLY

Souffle

Bonded over sweets, Souffle is Fig closest friend. Souffle has taught Fig how to bake and Fig has taught Souffle a bit about candy making with magic. Fig often asks him to try out her new candies she makes. Her highs are highs but her lows are very low with candy making and she often by accident gets him sick. Fig feels like only he can understand her passion of candy making.

Met briefly during Trick Journey, but she really enjoyed talking to them. She even offered them free candy which she never does normally. She wishes she could meet them again and hear more of their stories. She sometimes thinks about traveling the land like they did, as she wants to get away from everything sometimes.

Syrup

Visits Atelier Sweets frequently via Instarail to study her candy. She is very jealous of Syrup's success and wishes she could have success like her. Due to this jealousy, Fig is always passive aggressive when speaking to Syrup. She still begrudgingly enjoys Syrup's candy though. Fig does sometimes commission her to make candy for Souffle when she feels bad about making him sick.

Despises this guy and pisses her off so much. She has never had a good interaction with this guy. One of the few times she decided to actually take his offer on her fortune, it immediately upset her as everything was only negative about her fortune, which later came true. Ever since then she has hated him with a burning passion thinking he is what caused it, unknowing it was in reality her fluctuating luck.

Fig was suspected of being part of Carmella's grace, which Osmanthus was hunting, as there were rumors that she used candies to lure people in and drain their blood. She was held and interrogated for a long time before being found to not involved. She hates him for what he did to her, and hopes one day karma will come for him.

Fig was born in Krem as a baby of a human-witch relationship, with only her mother, Aronia as her only parent Her father Jujube died before she was born. She inherited the luck part of Jujube's magic, but due to her mother being a human, it caused a rare genetic issue in which it merged the non magic side of her mothers with the magic side of her father, causing an amalgamation of both. This amalgamation removed any middle ground of luck, only causing fig's luck to be on the extreme ends.
